Who it suits
Te conviene si contratas a una persona para tareas domésticas en tu casa y necesitas regularizarla ante la Seguridad Social. Es relevante aunque sea para pocas horas semanales. Si eres autónomo y tu empleado no trabaja en tu hogar, este trámite no es el que corresponde.
Limitations
- La cuota depende del salario mensual y de la base de cotización por tramos anuales.
- El alta tardía se considera fuera de plazo.
- Necesitas IBAN y, si el trabajador es de fuera de la UE, permiso de trabajo.

Frente al alta en trabajo autónomo, aquí el obligado es el empleador y la cuota se reparte con la persona contratada. Respecto a la baja de empleo de hogar, este alta admite hasta 60 días de antelación, mientras que la baja se tramita hasta 6 días naturales después del cese.

Trámite de la TGSS para que el empleador dé de alta a una persona que trabaja en su domicilio por un salario. La responsabilidad del alta y de las cotizaciones es siempre del empleador, aunque la persona trabaje pocas horas. Hace falta IBAN para la domiciliación y, si procede, permiso de trabajo.
